Grade‑1 black recycled TPE pellets
TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer)
TPE is a class of eco‑friendly materials featuring high rubber‑like elasticity and favorable plastic processability. Core characteristics: excellent processability without vulcanization, fast molding with standard plastic processing technologies, and 100 % recyclable runners and scraps. It provides adjustable hand‑feel and performance with a broad hardness range from Shore A 0 to Shore D 70. It has good flexibility and weather resistance, and retains elasticity at ‑40 °C. It boasts excellent over‑molding adhesion to rigid plastics such as PP and ABS.
Main Applications
Automotive parts (sealing strips, steering wheels, fenders), consumer goods (soft grips, toothbrushes, toys, footwear), medical supplies (seals, pipe fittings, syringe pistons), electrical & electronic products (wires and cables, phone protective cases), construction engineering (waterproof membranes, sealing strips).
Please provide your additional requirements for impact performance, melt flow index, ash content, environmental compliance, gloss level, surface pits and other physical‑property parameters.
MOQ: 1 ton after successful sample testing. After‑sales: return and replacement guaranteed for quality‑related defects.
